There is a choice of 5 swimmimng pools on the complex or use of the private beach with complimentary sun loungers and parasols just 200 – 250 m away.

SUNSET BEACH CLUB
Sunset Beach Club complex was built and completed between the years of 2008 and 2012. The complex of villas and apartments comprises around 280 properties. Sunset Beach Club site has 5 large swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, children’s pools, restaurant, cafe & bar, supermarket, Turkish bath, sauna, Spa & Massage centre and many others luxury facilities. The complex also has a private beach.
FETHIYE
Fethiye is one of the most beautiful touristic sites of the Turkish coast. With its untouched nature, mild climate, international atmosphere and famous beaches the town became very popular and significant in recent years. Fethiye old town (known as Paspatur), Rock Tombs, Kaya Koy, Saklikent, are some of the places that you could visit during your holiday. Boat trips, Jeep Safari, water sports and Paragliding are the other activities you can do. The apartments and villas to rent in Fethiye are actually not located in the centre. They are all located in Hisaronu and Calis Beach. More information about Hisaronu and Calis are below.
OLU DENIZ (BLUE LAGOON), OVACIK & HISARONU
Olu Deniz (Blue Lagoon) is the most famous beach in Fethiye area, around 14 km from Fethiye centre. The area is known as “the Turquoise Coast” due to it`s incredibly blue waters and sandy beaches. Olu Deniz’s main beach promenade is lined with small shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a perfect family resort, great beach holiday, with plenty of facilities.
Ovacik is the place where the best holiday villas in Fethiye are located. It is situated only 3 km from Blue Lagoon. Hisaronu is the main town and the centre of Ovacik area. The apartments and villas to rent in Hisaronu are just a few minutes walking distance from the main street.
CALIS BEACH
Calis Beach is the nearest beach, around 4km from Fethiye centre, which stretches west for over 4km, lined by hotels, restaurants, cafes and bars the whole way. The centre is accessible by local transport within 10-15 minutes. The villas and apartments to rent in Calis are mostly 500 metres from the beach. Beachfront villas and beachfront sites in Fethiye such as Sunset Beach Club, Seaside complex are in this area as well.
ACCOMMODATION PROCESS
The check-in time is 2pm and the check-out time is 10am. The check in and check out times can be flexible depending on the availability.
Our staff will welcome you at the villa, handle the key and arrange the paperwork on your arrival.
Breakage deposit of 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon satisfactory inspection before the departure.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
You let us know, by an email, that you would like to book the property. Then we provisionally reserve the property and send you the provisional booking forms.
To secure your booking, 30% of the rental price as the booking deposit is required. You send the booking deposit into our bank account after the dates are provisionally booked.
You let us know via email after having sent the booking deposit. We will confirm your booking and send you the confirmed booking voucher upon receipt of the booking deposit.
The rental balance is charged on your arrival; cash in GBP, by our representative who will be welcoming you to your holiday home.
THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST
All utilities such as electricity, water, gas, air-conditioning, etc.
Arrival and departure cleanings.
Mid-stay cleaning for the bookings longer than 11 days.
Welcoming and key handling, (including early morning or late night)
Daily pool and the garden maintenance
24 hours phone service for any help or information you would need during your stay
MORE INFO
All villas to rent and apartments to rent have adequate amount of sun loungers and umbrellas.
Baby cot and high chair are available for a cost of 20 GBP and 10 GBP per week respectively.
All payments can be made in GBP or Euros.
Private transfers from airport can be arranged if required.
Starter pack for late night & early morning arrivals can be arranged for a cost of 15 GBP.
